You can have your blood collected at any Awanui collection centre – a full list of collection centres can be found below.

If there isn’t a collection centre near you, you can still access Illumiscreen. Once you have your online order confirmation, your request form signed by your healthcare provider and postal address ready, please contact us and we can arrange for a test kit to be sent to you so your blood sample can be collected locally. The blood sample must be collected in a specialised tube, so all blood draws must be performed using an Illumiscreen test kit. The kit also includes a return delivery bag.
